Hiall, I upgraded last week from 9.2 to 10.0 and while the upgrade worked pretty well, I now seem unable to add additional software from CD where Yast tells me it cannot mount the media: "ERROR(Media:mount failed)" I have one DVD-ROM and one DVD-writer, with the DVD-ROM usually beeing the installation source. When I did the update I had told Yast of the new installation source, which it readily recognized - and as I said the upgrade went well. Putting the CD into the DVD-ROM brings up the automounted volume under the title: /media/SU1000_002 (and not /media/dvd or something). Put it into the DVD-Writer, and nothing happens. k3b (from guru) accesses the writer all right - but then it probably does this on a lower level than Yast I guess. What gives? Kostas
