I thought the same. So I never thought HAL was doing anything with
mounting. But, auto-mounting is filesystem-agnostic, isn't it?
Time to investigate lshal's listing.

I thought the same. So I never thought HAL was doing anything with
mounting. But, auto-mounting is filesystem-agnostic, isn't it?
