Hi,

Maybe a stupid question but.. Did you check your default gateway?
Else try to force it by adding GATEWAY=<ip-address> to the script:

/etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-eth-id-<MAC_ADDRESS>

Maybe that'll work..
