===========

A couple of things you can do. One is to drop down to init 3 and run
sax2 to reset your available screen resolutions limiting the max to
1024x768. The other is, if you think you might like the large screen
size, is to edit xorg.conf to change the dpi. Most times it's 96x96 or
90x96, etc.

Edit this part:
Section "Monitor"
DisplaySize 310 230

to change the displaysize. I have a 19" monitor and run a 1280x1024
screen with a displaysize of 361 x 271 mm and 90 x 96 dpi. If your
monitor is only a 17" then you'll really want to stay at 1024x768.

The simplest and safest is to use sax2 to adjust everything.

Lee
