Hi Pascal, You're absolutely right... There is nothing that can be done/used without learning it... not even walking, as we're learning it while we're really young. My point is more that on really many lists, many users are just put against a wall and pointed on them as they haven't learned it yet.. I guess we all were in the situation as we were new to Linux. Hey: Even Linus Torvalds was new to it when he started the project :-) So the best would be, we'll all continue to give good replies to newcomers and we help them during the learnin process. And as soon as most users are sensibilized about security, we can even start to take a break while surfing the net. So, in expectation of reading many good replies to all sort of users, Dominique
