Sax didn't work out for me, so I now use ksynaptics from
http://packman.links2linux.org/?action=503
It has more options for controlling the touchpad including
turning on/off the horizontal and vertical scrolling as well
as glide sensitivity.
There's a few posts on forums.suselinuxsupport.de (It's an
english site) as well as other online forums that also have
info which may help.
