Hi
It sounds to me like you have a DNS problem. Do you have name servers
configured in /etc/resolv.conf?
You should have entries like:
nameserver x.x.x.x
nameserver x.x.x.x
If your router doesn't do DNS resolving, get your DNS servers from your ISP.
Hope it helps
Albert

But I've restarted router and laptop (removing battery).
I can ping servers on the Internet using IP but not names. My default
gateway is set to 192.168.111.1 which is the router. The laptop is set
to use static IP.
Anyone have any ideas?
