I have just moved from 9.0 to 9.1 (headed toward 9.3, hopefully). When I
try to boot my machine, I get this error --
Error 18: Selected cylinder exceeds maximum supported by BIOS
Sounds like my grub stage2 is too far down on the disk to allow for a boot.
Is there any way to move this up? I seem to recall someone else having a
similar problem in the past week, but I'm not sure if it was exactly the
same thing. In any case, I didn't really didn't quite understand what was
being discussed, but I'm going to try to find that thread. Meanwhile, can
someone tell me if there is a quick solution to this?
Thanks and yours truly,
Greg Wallace
