Well, I got rid of that pop up message I got every time I logged on by uninstalling the kpowersave package.
Wrong procedure.
However, my screen save still doesn't start the desktop image just freezes after the time limit for starting the screen saver is reached. I have no idea why this is happening. All of the desktop settings look fine to me. Any help greatly appreciated.
