I'm wondering if the fact that the screen image freezes is what causes the
screen saver to not come on. The screen saver stopped working as soon as
that freezing up started to happen. Anybody no what controls this (and how
to disable it?). The only way I can tell it's frozen is by looking at the
clock in the bottom right hand corner. Once it freezes, the colon between
the hour and minute stops blinking and it's frozen in time. Whatever hour
and minute were on there when it froze stay there until I move the mouse or
touch the keyboard. Then the image refreshes. I think maybe if I could
shut this function off, the screen saver would kick in(?).

Thanks,
Greg Wallace
