You have not read the recent briefs. Novell stole the code when they sold it
to SCO (classic). Novell gave it to Caldera, and Caldera contributed it to
Linux. Caldera then bought SCO, hired McBride and changed its name to SCO
and decided to sue IBM because in his youth McBride got a paper cut from an
IBM punch card. The cut got infected, and his parents tried to sue IBM.
