Opera is proprietary and not OpenSource, so it won't be included in SUSE
Linux OSS (I guess).
Opera is "freely distributable" (I suppose), so it's the same as
Realplayer, Adobe Reader, ...
That's why it can be included in SUSE Linux 10.0 (retail box) but not
into SUSE Linux OSS 10.0 ;)
Well, maybe I'm wrong, but if so, then I'd be really confused about
Novell's policy ;))
