I had same problem with SuSE 9.3 and i saved but forgot, grrr.
I change size of fonts with Gnome Control Center - fonts and it works with 
Firefox, Mozilla but i forgot how can i save it. When i restart KDE fonts are 
again same.
And one other question: if i chnageg fonts with Gnome Center why it change 
also in the KDE app.?
