If you just looking for support I would (and have and do) check out
the Novell support forums on the news servers
You can do this via the web or a news reader, Thunderbird or Outlook
express will work fine.
The forums address is http://support.novell.com/forums/2su.html which
will take you to both the web ones and the news ones.
