a pop3 server has nearly nothing to do with postfix, except the mail,
postfix delivers.
There are several pop3 / imap server on your SuSE media.

Have a look.

(to give examples: imap, courier-imap, cyrus-imapd, qpopper (only pop3),...)

For me, I like courier best, but you decide.
