I have been able to investigate it a bit further. It seems that the problem is occurring whenever you want to disconnect the network or try to retrieve information on the network. I have installed KM_WLAn version 28pre4-16x86_64 and 28pre4-16i586. Do you think I should be deleting one of the km_wlan? Joseph Loo wrote:

Whenever I shutdown, it freezes at the ethernet shutdown at ath0. I can not tell what is happening at that point.

Can anyone provide me with the information to try and look for additional dignose. One thing that I notice, If I remove the antenae, it will shutdown with no problem.
