Agreed, but as Sonja already pointed out, this topic is much more complex
than it seems. However, I wouldn't talk about this without talking
to my lawyer first ;)

If you are refering to the development model of openSUSE, we didn't say we
don't talk about this on the list. The point is, that we are all quite
busy working on SUSE Linux 10.0 right now and that it doesn't really make
sense to try to start a huge discussion now.
When it comes to legal / licensing issues, it's simply not that easy to
talk about it in the public if you aren't really into that topic and don't
want to risk your job ;)
