Yes.

However, in my experience, suse is very good regarding the 
manuals.

I cried, some years ago, when suse stopped translating it's 
manual to french and issued a Yeppee when Novell did it again.

The manual itself gives value to the box (online manuals are 
never as good as paper ones, even if they are the same :-)
