even nicer than a wiki page IMHO: Bugs filed against the "Documentation" component in Bugzilla. Bugzilla entries are easier to track than a wiki page that's constantly evolving.
Yes. However, in my experience, suse is very good regarding the manuals. I cried, some years ago, when suse stopped translating it's manual to french and issued a Yeppee when Novell did it again.
