I was trying to load the 9.3 Live on my dsktop which I am considering also converting to 9.3. However loading the Live! DVD it keeps running out of memory, the PC has 256mb of RAM. Is this enough?
How much swap have you got?
Doesn't matter how much swap you have. I tried on a laptop with 256m of ram and 500m of swap and it wouldn't start but it requires -more- than 256m of ram. Don't know how much more, just more than 256m. -- Ken Schneider UNIX since 1989, linux since 1994, SuSE since 1998 "The day Microsoft makes something that doesn't suck is probably the day they start making vacuum cleaners." -Ernst Jan Plugge
