Assuming you sent an email to "suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@....", from your 
subscribed address, you should have received a confirmation email to which 
you have to answer.

One chap with the same complaint as you was tagging that confirmation 
email as spam, and thus not seeing it. Check that.

Other possible problem is your email being marked as spam by SuSE, but in 
that case you should get a rejection email. Check that as well.

And, of course, as Ulf says, please contact the list owner, he can help 
you.
