I actually even made it a couple of times... so you know it isn't that difficult, just , as w/ all Chinese recipes, one had to be certain all prep work was done and everything was w/ in easy reach once you fired up the wok.. I seem to recall the colour was created by some Chinese Chilli but I could be wrong, and that might just be another ingredient.. I know it was in the recipe tho, we had to go shopping downtown to get some. -- j
