Dear list members:
I realized that SuSE 9.3 installation offers not only the new (beta)
OpenOffice.org 2 prerelease but the old 1.1.3 version too. So I have
deleted OOo 2 and installed 1.1.3. My problem is that this version of
the office package does not show up in the start menu. I have manually
run the office from a console hoping that this would fix the problem
but it hasn´t. I even logged out and in with no effect.
How could I have SuSE adding the OpenOffice 1.1 to the start menu?
These are the OpenOffice 1.1 pacgages I have installed:
OpenOffice_org1-en-help-1.1.3-4.3
OpenOffice_org1-en-1.1.3-4.3
OpenOffice_org1-gnome-1.1.3-4.3
OpenOffice_org1-1.1.3-4.3
OpenOffice_org1-kde-1.1.3-4.3
TIA,
IG
