*Regarding addresses*, AFAIK, not directly, but there is a workaround, using KMail as the middle step.
Here is how I did it:
1. Export addressbook from evolution into vcf format.
2. Import this vcf into Kontact/Kmail
3. Export from Kmail vcf to ldif format.
4. Now, thunderbird can import ldif without problem...
*Regarding local mail folders*, it can be done directly.
Just copy files from:
./evolution/mail/local
to:
./thunderbird/xxx.default/Mail/Local Folders
(xxx stands for a random string, on my machine it's something like: 1mqw9onx)
And, yes, don't copy *all* files - just ones whose names correspond to local mail folders in evolution *and* have no any extension.

Hello
Is there any way to import addresses etc from evolution into Mozilla/Thunderbird?
