Firefox plugins problems

Hi,
Has anyone had problems with firefox plugins after upgrading to Firefox
1.0.4-1.1? I can't get Java, Flash og PDF to work anymore after upgrade,
while it worked perfectly before. When I go to about:plugins they are
listed, except Java which sould be installed. Trying the "Install
Missing Plugins" does not work.
