It "should" be simple... Thunderbird stores all the email in it's own
folder.. .in Windows I think it's in "Documents and Settings"
somewhere... don't have a copy of WIndows anywhere to check. In
Linux, it's in:
$HOME/.thunderbird/<some_scramble_of_text>.default/Mail
When I moved from Windows to Linux here at work (last year sometime) I
just copied the Mail folder from the Windows side to the Linux
.thunderbird directory and started up Thunderbird. Worked fine.
