I found the solution:
>From http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=22909 you
can download the suse 9.2 decoration. Unzip and adjust install.sh
(change /opt/kde dir to opt/kde3). Running install.sh will replace 9.3
decoration files for 9.2 files.
