You know, I can never get Doom or UT to work on Linux. Or Quake even. It's
sad. I can do a Kernel recompile on Morphine, and set up an FTP server, but
getting Doom Wuake or Ut to work? Nope.
After trying to install multiple times I gave up, I could never get past
the screen that spashes for the game. It kind of makes me upset because
those are the only games I play, I have the copies I bought and I download
the Linux version follow along and nothing.
Someone should do a CD with Quake, Doom and the DOS version of Wolfenstein
and throw them on a CD that uses .sh scripts instead of .tar.gz or RPMs and
has all dependencies for them all right there so someone like me can just
type sh *.sh ;)
