Maybe mailmarshal@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is used by SuSE to scan incoming mail.
Sounds like it's saying that it will give SuSE the opportunity to decide
whether to accept your encrypted message, even though it can't scan it. Did
you just (maybe inadvertently) start encrypting your email messages, either
for the first time or via some different encrypting method?
