Hi,
you do not need more than port 22 (ssh) open on your box in order to
use winscp. But most probably it is misconfigured. 9.1 default setup
runs ssh protocol v. 2. So, go in the SSH options of winscp and set it
to 2, or "only 2" to see if it works.

To check if the port is open, etc, you may use putty to establish a
ssh session from the windows box.
