SuSE9.3 ftp install?

Maybe a really dumb question... is it actually released now? I
noticed a huge number of files appear on the ftp site in the last
couple days...
I've also found this... ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.3/iso/ which has
a DVD eval iso, and a 5 disk CD set. Is the CD set the full iso's of
the 9.3 release? There's no handy dandy readme laying about to make
it clear what's up with those files.
