no X-window after before or after login. to Manually start it by doing startx or startkde no joy.
Err msg on console: "Fatal Server Error Caught Signal 11, Server aborting"
I'm not sure if X server is up at all. How do I check?
This is freshly installed OS. no success before.
Log file shows:

Please consult the The X.Org Foundation support at http://wiki.X.Org for help. Please also check the log file at "/var/log/Xorg.0.log" for additional information.
Boot in runlevel 3 (type 3 in the boot prompt). Then try startx. Something should appear in the log file. Also, try to run sax2 -l to try to start sax2 in low res mode. If it succeeds, then maybe some settings are not correct, or you have bad driver. Try look into settings for the graphic system and see if everything looks normal there. What video card you have?
