I've got Kaffeinne on 9.1 doing .wmv. It's a bit rough, but it does work as long as I let it just run through without rewinding it partway or fast-forwarding it a bit.
How do I convert wmvs to mpgs ? I tried to get kaffeine & mplayer working with no joy.
So I'm thinking that converting them to mpgs is a better idea.
Thanks, Nathan
This seems a common issue with Kaffeine, eh? I've got 9.1Pro on an intel box and have added the codecs as advised. Checked the path in Kaffeine / config xine and the path shown is where the codecs are... still no wmv files will play. What could be wrong??
