Sadly, SATA isn't "solid" in 9.1 nor 9.2.
Is this true for SATA on ALL motherboards?
I'm on the virge of building a couple of new boxes, and I was looking at mobos with SATA RAID. If it's unstable, I'll forgo the expense, and get a non-SATA mobo.
Thanks in advance for any insights on this.
Tyan support is good, from what I understand. My next box will be a new Tyan MOB. There are some others here who have some experience with it as well. One of the advantages with Tyan is the exceptional quality......cost more, but certainly FAR better than Asus and others.
