aacraid and 2.6 kernel

Has anybody had success with aacraid and the 2.6 kernels?

I know there are problems with aacraid (google is your friend) and
2.6, but not the 2.4 series. I've got 2.6.5-7.95-smp working with it,
but can't seem to get any of the other 2.6.x to work. Everytime I
try, I get maybe a minute to minute and a half (if it even completes
booting) before the disks go read only due to a scsi reset. Can't get
them to remount as rw either.

I've also noticed that during the day the system will appear to hang
under the 2.6.5-7.95-smp kernel, but wait about 45 seconds to 2
minutes, and starts the system responding again. The logs don't show
any errors. I think this may be caused by the aacraid as well, but
can't prove it.

John
