I downloaded and burned the DVD iso for 9.2 and it boots up on my
laptop, starts installation, I choose the software, language, etc. Then
after I accept the agreement and it starts to install RPM's, it fails
with an error about the RPM not being valid. I try again and it does it
for not always the same RPM. I even tried re-burning the DVD. I figure
if the boot and install choices all work, the DVD must be good.
I also have the source installed on the network, but I cannot get an
Ethernet driver to work for the integrated NIC in my Gateway 600s
laptop.
Can someone offer assistance with either issue to get this loaded on my
laptop?
Thanks,
