I presume that you are referering to that note below --- NOTE: There is no need to try to enable 3D support. It's already enabled, when the nvidia driver is running. --- but Ok... there is a game that comes with KDE, not sure of the name sine I'm not at home now, that complain unable to run since it require 3D to be enable.. Good if you where able to install your sys.. with no problem simply using sax command and test that 3D was enable... I'll try some more... Thnks for your reply... --- Patrick Shanahan

Please, check in your X config file. There should be a Section "Device" and an entry: Driver "nv" or Driver "nvidia" If it is nv, change it to nvidia. If it is nvidia, it should work that way. I have no 9.2 at hand, but I remember, that just using YaST/Hardware/Graphic card and monitor displayed 3d Enabled for my friend's installation. If it is set to "nvidia" driver, and it is still not displaying that 3D is enabled, please take a look in your X log file for a line like: LoadModule: "nvidia" and also: NVIDIA(0): NVIDIA 3D Acceleration Architecture Initialized If you miss such a lines, this means your driver is not correctly installed/configured. Sunny P.S. Please, use top quoting in this list. -- Get Firefox http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=affiliates&id=10745&t=85
