One of the print queues for my Epson Stylus C40 USB printer (the 'very high' queue) is disabled and I cannot reactivate it. It seems (from the KDE Print manager) that the printer has been stopped (there's a red circle with a cross in it over the printer queue), and trying to restart it gives me a permissions dialogue. However, I cannot get it to accept my authority, whether I try as myself, the other user on this system or as root. It always fails with an insufficient permissions error. The other queues on this printer are fine, but this is my favourite queue (as a balance between quality and speed). Can anyone suggest how I might re-enable it? Is my best option to reconfigure the queues completely from YaST?
