I just brought up the SuSE home page and "SUSE LINUX Professional" is prominently displayed right at the top of the page under "enthusiasts".
Yeah, I just noticed that too.

Interesting, I saw that contrast (Enthusiasts in left column and Enterprise in right column) and started to wonder whether Novell were really comfortable with a chunk of their customers ... anoraks, omg, geeks, er no ... let's call them enthusiasts! The same thing runs through their "cool" stuff section where tutes on how to use the GIMP jostle uneasily with business talk about selling Linux to your boss. Just my 2 cents, but I hope Novell do not decide to drop these "enthusiasts" or downgrade them to testing betaware. They are likely to be tomorrow's IT managers and opinion-formers. But anyway, it's just a website and perhaps it's all down to strange ideas introduced by the marketing department. Someone has to write the copy to stick on the screen. :)
And, I know many here who have over the years developed a well-earned dislike for marketing departments and lawyers. :) Fred -- "As Internet technology itself vaults into new areas, so too does the Microsoft monopoly and its tried-and-true bag of tricks." -US Senator Orrin Hatch, (R) Utah
