Most likely it's similar to 9.1.

Hmm.. I think that file IS "normal" esp. for Apache 2.0x.
that came with popular distros. (Could be different if you
compile it yourself...)

Perhaps, you're referring to the one that came with Apache
1.3x.

You can change the httpd.conf file to suit your taste.
