I didn't change anything; so my guess is, that with the defaults by SUSE it wouldn't like to start. I tried to start it at runlevels 3 and 5 automatically, but it doesn't happen, the error is the same. Could it be fixed somehow; I have no idea, where to change the '-a option' to get it running (for sylpheed's sa-plugin)... (Anyway after the error-message spamd 100% doesn't run.)
You probably will'll have to edit the /etc/init.d/spamd script you mentioned above. -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
