I was trying to setup Skype ( VOIP telephony ) and couldn't get the sound to
work. What I didn't realize was tht my sound hasn't worked since I upgraded
to 9.2 . I had to go in to the sound ( control panel) and save the settings
again, which made it stop & start the sound system. THEN it worked.
I never had to do that under 9.1 .
