yast -> system -> misc -> editor for sysconfig files.
than: system -> cron

In 9.2 you find there an additional option, one for short and long (period
wise) tmp directories. That means that /tmp (short e.g. 3 days) and /var/tmp
(long e.g. 14 days) can be cleaned with this option indepent from each
other ;)
