I have a WinXP machine set up with its IIS implementation. I copied everything from each of the 9.2 CDs into a "92" folder on that web server. It loads the kernel, gets to the YAST screen, then gives the "options" screen with a message of "No packages found" for the software selections.
The "92" folder I created is basically a dumping ground for each CD copied as: cp -rv * /92
This folder contains all the media.1, media.2, suse/* folders, etc.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Forgot to look in the server logs? ;)) Have a look in the logs, you probably will find a) if there has been any request from the client b) if so, what file cannot be found BTW, perhaps you need to insmod the network card kernel module first? E.g. if the NIC needs the tulip kernel module, you do: insmod=tulip install=... Cheers, Leen
