Hello Don Gurus... I'm looking to install a network monitoring and system stats tool. on 5 independent office networks. All are served by SUSE servers. A quick check of the SUSE delivered tools I find: argus, big sister, mon, and nagios Now I'm a SUSE fan 'cause of all the preconfigured software, but... What I'm looking for is : - I would like the people inside each (office) network to be able to view their statics localy, (20%) - I'd like to have a system at my office to monitor the remote networks, with notification of error conditions (30%). - the system stats should include historical charts of server (linux) CPU/DISK usage. (30%) The rest is nice to have, cosmetics, ease of configuration etc. Now to my questions: Can anybody out there share his/her experience with one or more of these tools, to help me decide on which to evaluate? all tips, warnings, experience appreciated.... Jerry
