So here's a *real* question for the assembled gurus. Why do different people
who seem to know how to unsubscribe have such different results? If someone
simply doesn't know how to unsubscribe, they'll never be unsubscribed instead
of being unsubscribed after a long delay.
My own experience is that subscribe/unsubscribe rarely takes more than a
minute or two.
