IE6 is derived from IE1.... According MS IE can't be separated from the Windows OS.... The IE7 incarnation is only sold with Longhorn.... Ergo they are selling NCSA Mosaic technologie....
10% from Windows OS is still 30 to 60 US Dollars.....
