'gbv' is me :). I update some rpms trying to preserve all of possible from SuSE ones. And yes, sometimes there are breakages and most of the cases are not because of my RPMS. Other cases is my fault, of course :(. Nobody is perfect, SuSE Oficial packages sometimes also breaks many things. Anyway they are optional. Use them if you want the latest versions. At your own risk.
