IMHO it would be /far/ better to respond to each thread separately. The reason
is that usually a reply is linked to the message one is replying to (see the
email headers), and the subject is alike (provided you, or someone else, did
not change it).
Further, several mail clients, e.g. Kmail, are capable of displaying threads
in a tree-like manner, because replies are linked as I said before.
There are several occasions in your attachment where I most probably would
have to responded to (in order to help you further), but I won't because you
made such a fantastic puzzle. ;-)
