This was covered a few weeks back. You can check the list archives a SuSe.com. There was a simple work-around involving a minor edit to one of the OOo start-up scripts.
But I also seem to recall that a later release of the supplementary updates for KDE 3.3 fixed the problem. Or am I confusing that with something else?
