That is their paranoid view, but some members of the OpenSource movement see Microsoft as the Great Devil. While I don't see this from many of my fellow Unix/Linux community, I can tell you that Eric Raymond has been very vocal about this.
A study showed most Open sourcers to be profesionals working on thier free time. It also showed they wheren't anti microsoft in any respect...
